You need a plan, a compatible player app and a steady internet connection. The order itself takes three steps and no account.

Send the order form
Press Get this plan, or open the order form and choose the plan there. Leave your name, email and WhatsApp number, and pick how you pay. Nothing is charged on the form: the payment details follow for the method you chose.
Install an app and sign in
Once the payment is confirmed you receive your login. Install a compatible player on your device, enter it, and the channel guide loads.
Watch on Your TV, Phone or Computer
Apps such as IPTV Smarters Pro and TiviMate are third-party players: they display channels but contain none. Your IPTV Canada plan supplies the content, and we tell you which app suits your device.
Amazon Fire TV Stick
Plug the stick into any HDMI port and install the player through the Downloader app. We send you the steps in the chat if you want them.
Samsung and LG Smart TVs
Recent Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) TVs install IPTV players from their own app stores, so no extra box is needed.
Android TV and MAG Boxes

How You Pay, and When You Are Refunded
The order form records your plan and its price in Canadian dollars, but it takes no payment. Once you send it, we reply with the payment details for the method you picked, and the login for your IPTV subscription follows when the payment is confirmed.
The form asks for your name, email, WhatsApp number, country and the device you watch on. It never asks for a card number, a password or a postal address: nothing is charged on the site, there is no account to create and nothing is shipped.

Activation and Support After You Pay
Activation starts once the payment for your order is confirmed: that is when the login for your IPTV subscription is sent to you. When you send the order form, WhatsApp opens with your order number already written, so that chat is where you reach support about this order. If you need the service ready by a set time, a game that evening for example, write it in the note field of the form or in the chat before you pay.
Support runs on WhatsApp. Write there if the channel guide does not load, a channel stops or you are setting up a new device. If the service does not work within 7 days of activation and support cannot fix it, you are refunded, as the refunds and cancellation policy sets out.

Is IPTV legal in Canada?
IPTV is a way of delivering TV over the internet, and Canadian TV providers use it themselves. What makes a service lawful is whether it holds the rights to what it streams. In 2019 the Federal Court ordered large internet providers to block an unlicensed service, a decision upheld on appeal in 2021, and later orders have targeted live sports streams. Is there a contract or automatic renewal?
