Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information is handled when you visit iptvsubscriptions.club or send the order form. Last updated on September 14, 2026.

iptvsubscriptions.club is responsible for the personal information described here. The quickest way to reach us about it is WhatsApp, from the contact page.

On the website

The site has no customer account, and its pages load no advertising scripts. The only form that sends anything is the order form. The cable bill calculator on the home page runs in your browser: the amount you type is not sent or stored.

The web server and Cloudflare, which protects and speeds up the site, process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This data is used for security and to keep the site running. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie for security purposes, and may count page views with its own visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), which work without cookies. The cookie policy lists every cookie the site can set; none of them is used for advertising.

When you order

The order form collects your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number and country, the device and player app you use, the payment method you pick, and anything you type in the note or discount code fields. A box lets you ask for occasional offers by email; it is unticked and optional. With the order we also record the page you ordered from, the page that sent you there, campaign tags in the link, your IP address and your browser.

We use this to process the order, send you a confirmation email, the payment details and your login, and help you with setup or problems. The IP address, browser, referring page and campaign tags are erased 30 days after the order. Cancelled, expired and refunded orders are deleted after one year; a copy of each order is kept in the shop's order records.

When you send the form, WhatsApp opens with your order number already written. If you send that message, we also receive the name shown in your WhatsApp profile and the messages you write in the chat.

Payment is handled by the service you choose: the card processor, PayPal, the Bitcoin or USDT network, or the gift card issuer.

No sale of your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We email you about offers only if you ticked the optional box on the order form, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Services that handle your data

WhatsApp (Meta), Cloudflare, the email service that delivers our messages and the payment service you use process some data under their own privacy policies. Some of these services are located outside Canada.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have your order details erased where we do not have to keep them. Send your request on WhatsApp from the contact page. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
