How it works

The WhatsApp button opens a chat with our support in the WhatsApp app, on your phone or your computer. Messages travel through the app over your internet connection, the same way as any other WhatsApp chat.

When you order

Orders go through the order form: open a plan (Basic, Plus or Elite 4K), choose the length or the number of screens and press Get this plan, and the form starts with that option and its price in CAD. Every price is also in the full price table. When you send the form, WhatsApp opens with your order number, so you can ask anything about the order in that chat.

Help with setup

Name your device: Fire TV Stick, Samsung or LG TV, Android TV box, MAG box, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad or computer. We tell you which player app to install and where to enter your login details.

Payment

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards, PayPal, crypto (Bitcoin, USDT) or a gift card. Cash on delivery is not offered.

Refunds

If the service does not work within 7 days of activation and our support cannot fix it, you get your money back. The refunds and cancellation policy explains the steps.
